My youngest brother started out that way -- all on his own. At the age of 4 he would drape a doily over his head and pretend he was a long-haired rocker and would place books around him like drums are set up and use sticks to beat on the books. My mother encouraged him in his dreams of stardom made us be his "audience" though we were teenagers with better things to do, like go iron our hair or something.

His whole life is rock and roll. He was in bands from age 15 up, and at the age of 41, and a father of two, he is still in a band and loves to "jam out" down in his basement family room. He works as a police dispatcher during midnights and maintains a rock and roll blog on myspace and pines over the days when he "could have" made it big. It drives his wife nuts! LOL!
